Grants
Grants are a type of financial aid that you don’t have to pay back. They’re usually awarded based on financial need and are available from the federal government, the state of Texas, and individual colleges. Grants can help cover tuition, fees, books, and other college costs—making higher education more affordable for apprentices and their families.

This is the first step to being considered for most grants. -
Submit Early
Some grants are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. Apply as soon as the application opens. -
Check with Your College
