Thoughtful course planning is key to unlocking each apprentice’s full potential. Our counseling team partners with apprentices to help them make informed decisions about their academic journey—aligning course choices with future goals, interests, and career aspirations.

Course selection is completed through SchooLinks, our college and career readiness platform. Through SchooLinks, apprentices can explore course options, track graduation requirements, and build a personalized academic plan.

Counselors meet individually with each apprentice to review progress, discuss future plans, and ensure course selections support long-term goals—whether that’s college, career, or something uniquely their own.

We’re here to guide, support, and empower every apprentice to take ownership of their path and plan for a successful future.
