Support for Student Development
Participation in Panther eSports helps students build collaboration, strategic thinking, and social skills. Members also develop improved motor coordination and gain exposure to potential careers in gaming, technology, and digital media.
Alignment with Mission, Motto, Vision, and Core Values (MMVC)
Panther eSports supports I.M. Terrell Academy’s MMVC by encouraging creative expression, teamwork, and innovation. Students explore artistic talents through designing team artwork, avatars, and promotional materials, while gaining insight into the evolving role of gaming in society. The club empowers students to develop skills that are relevant to future careers and fosters a culture of collaboration and forward-thinking.
Compliance with Senate Bill 12
Panther eSports complies fully with the requirements of Texas Senate Bill 12. The club does not engage in discussions or activities related to sexual orientation or gender identity. All participating students must submit a signed FWISD Parent Consent Form to ensure parental awareness and approval of their involvement.
